What Happens next, when will I receive my Hire Goods?
Delivery’s are normally between the hours of 11am and 5pm to site. We cant always give a guaranteed time slot for your hire goods to be delivered to your stand but if you are on site and would like to know where we are, just call the office on 0121 2445631 and a member of our team will be able to help / advise you on a time slot and also give you the number of the onsite team on that day. At weekends, the office phone will automatically divert you to the onsite engineer who will be able to assist you.
We will always aim to collect your hire items at the closing time of your show. Please be aware that we can not access the halls until all the public have left the show. In most cases, this is generally 30 – 45 minutes after the show has closed officially.
