When will my delivery be made?
Deliveries are normally made on the day before your event opens. We cannot always give a guaranteed time slot for your hire goods to be delivered to your stand or booth, but if you are on site and would like to know where we are, just call the office on 0121 244 5631 and a member of our team will be able to help or advise you on a time slot and also, give you the number of the on-site team on that day.
When will my collection be made?
We will always aim to collect your hire items at the closing time of your event. Please be aware that we can not access the halls until all the public have left the event. Generally speaking, this is about 30 to 45 minutes after the event has officially closed.
What locations are covered under free delivery and collection?
Venues that we are currently able to provide free collection and delivery to are:
- NEC
- ICC
- Excel
- Olympia
- Stoneleigh Park
- Manchester Central
- Event City
- Liverpool Echo
- Peterborough Showground
- Alexandra Palace
- Telford International
For all other venues, we must add an additional charge for delivery and collection. But don’t worry, our rates are very competitive. We encourage you to contact us here or phone on 0121 244 5631 regarding your venue requirement or place your order and we’ll contact you to arrange the delivery and collection.
How much is the the delivery and collection rate for venues not covered?
Prices vary dependant on the order which is placed, we can calculate this for you when you place an order, over email here or alternatively if you wish to contact us on 0121 244 5361. Our team are standing by to help!
