Goodwood Festival of Speed 2019, Goodwood House
We returned again this year to the superb outdoor festival with our client Milltek, it’s always a great build to work on and this year was no exception with even the weather being gloriously on our side.
We started by constructing a 10m back wall and fixing two 5.5m side walls to each end as in previous years, we then fixed two rows of trussing to the middle and front of each side wall bringing support and stability to the structure, and also enabling us to secure lighting to the truss to illuminate the indoor space. All walls were wrapped with the clients artwork and products then secured to the walls for display purposes. Two additional free standing bespoke display units were built to the clients specifications in order to exhibit the clients exhaust systems.
A 2m x 2m store room was again required however this year it was agreed to be moved to a more central position along the back wall, with a TV monitor secured to the front facing storeroom wall. A bespoke reception desk then situated in front of the store to act as a focal meeting point.
Lastly we constructed a frame the width of the marquee and wrapped it with a large canvas banner with the company logo on, this was then secured to an existing rail above the entrance to the marquee to act as a signpost for the clients stand.
